Best Place to find Chicago-Style Pizza
Hi Browardians (did I do that right ... I'm a new transplant!),
Where can you find the best Chicago-style pizza in Broward County? We watched the Travel Channel recently and they featured a contest between Chicago-style and New York-style pizza. New York won but I like Chicago-style better! Unfortunately, we haven't found a pizza place that satisfies this need. We've gone to Giordano's in Orlando several times but it HAS to be something closer. So if you know of any places, please post here or you can e-mail me off-list. Thanks! LaShaun

Well, I am more of New York style pizza lover, but I do like the deep dish style every now and then. Sadly, the only one that I know of is the Unos at the Fort Lauderdale airport. I usually have Vocelli which is a more upscale chain, mostly takeout, and they have things like roasted red peppers, pesto, and portabella mushrooms.

We'll have to try Vocelli. My husband has tried the UNO's in the airport but he thought it was too dried out.
