No focus on real issues from our politicians
I understand that the Department of Justice is a mess, but can't we start focusing on some real issues for Americans? The federal budget is huge, yet war spending is continually rising. No one even wants to talk about healthcare and Social Security. You would think that when we gave the Democrats back the House and Senate, they would want to bring these issues back to the forefront. Oh, and what happened to Pelosi? Fifteen minutes of fame up?

I agree, and I think Healthcare is the biggest problem that faces the U.S. today, unfortunately neither of the parties really wishes to deal with it, all someone has to do is say "socialized medicine" and even Democrats will drop it like a hot potato, not wishing to find themselves associated with Socialism, but think on this, all of the U.S.s first world economic rivals have national heath systems!!, the fact that American companies have to bear the brunt of the healthcare system costs. is in effect a TAX on those companies, making their products more expensive and less competitive on the world market.
